I believe that this restaurant always comes through in the clutch for a more than decent and reasonably price Japanese cuisine option, especially when your stuck in Metrowest due to traffic!

Pull the door it's very heavy. I love urban hibachi. I used to go to their location on John Young Parkway every day for lunch (prior to COVID-19). I was sad to hear that location closed but having this location still around gave me hope. I went today for dinner. I absolutely love the food. It's incredible hibachi and they do such a good job with portions. Their steak is incredibly tender. The one thing that's disappointing is that all the lights are turned off and all the tables are stacked up. I understand not having the money or the means to hire serving staff but that's no excuse to stack your tables up so the folks can't eat inside. People are fine with having you bring their food to the table and getting their own drinks from the counter (just like other restaurants such as Bento or Chipotle). It does not do you any service to look like you're closed when you are open. Do yourselves a favor and add a sign to your door that says it's very heavy. Unstack all the table and chairs so people have somewhere to eat. You still have time to save your business, you just need to put in a little extra effort. I love you guys and I hope you stick around.

Great food! Consistent quality. Never had an issue here. I recommend going in person though, they are pretty bad about answering the phone lol

Hibachi is one of my favorite type of food so I'm always looking for a good spot. Urban Hibachi has great prices for hibachi plus their lunch specials are awesome. The regular hibachi meals come with miso soup or salad with ginger dressing, your choice of hibachi meat/seafood, mixed veggies and side (white rice, fried rice, or noodles). My usual order is chicken hibachi, fried rice, broccoli only. I add a side order of noodles (which you can totally share). I love everything except for the miso soup, I dislike the taste and smell. I opt for the salad instead. Can't forget the white sauce! It definitely elevates your meal!!

My review is going to be purely based on take out and delivery by Uber Eats. I have to say I've wanted to eat here for as long as I can remember but I've never wanted to risk driving here on break. Ordering it and having it delivered was the best idea ever and I had the best lunch at work in the convenience of my break room. I ordered their lunch deal Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box for only $10.50. Served with soup (clear, miso), California roll (4), egg roll, shumai, ginger salad and steamed rice. You get so much food that I really could've only ate half of everything but it was so tasty I gobbled it all down. They have a lot of other great dishes I would love to try like their hibachi and speciality sushi rolls. They also have green tea, red bean and mochi icecream, tempura cheesecake and more. I enjoyed this delivery so much I wanna come in and enjoy their other lunch specials.
